goodness, how quick a week flies

well, the best laid plans of Charis often come crashing down. I have a whole bunch of posts in my head- does that count?

Anyway, time for a fitness update, yah? It's Wednesday!

Well, this week was slightly better. I went to the gym several times- although, not quite enough. Still going to Yoga and Yoga Sculpt, which I am loooooving. And it is killlling me!

Also, I'm down 3 pounds this week, which puts me almost back to where I was after week One.

And finally, and possibly more exciting, I realized this week that I need to lose 4 more pounds and then, I will be at my thinnest adult weight EVER.

What a goal! Next week? Let's find out!
